Receive the best of both worlds in this class. Be prepared to move quickly from H.I.I.T.(High Intensity Interval Training) to Yoga in this 50 minute hybrid class.
Our Fit Fanatics will receive 20 minutes of an intense, fast paced, short recovery time H.I.I.T. class, followed by 20 minutes of Vinyasa Yoga for mind, body and soul recovery. Then end your training with a 10 minute cool down, meditation and Savasana. This class will definitely assist you in burning fat and repair your body for longevity. All levels are welcome: recommended for intermediate and advanced clients.
