Yoga Fit combines the best of both worlds by bringing traditional light weight exercises and mild cardio into traditional Yoga sequences, poses, meditation and Savasana.
This practice is designed to improve your overall fitness – strength, cardio, flexibility, agility, and endurance! Prepare to challenge yourself to an exciting mix of upbeat music that will keep your heart rate up and spirit high; as you work together to sculpt, tone, and strengthen your body. All levels are welcome.
*Please bring your own Yoga Mat to all classes for your own practice. We do have communal yoga mats for our newbie Yoga clients to borrow. Please note it is good practice to bring and own your own Yoga Mat for future classes.
